Ziggy Franklin & James Curd Don't Fight About It

Ziggy Franklin and James Curd are two extremely talented individuals who are literally all over the entertainment map. From acting to producing to releasing records, these two have been running parallel lives for years when they finally decided to just chuck it in and become a team. The result of this collaboration has lead to several successful records and their just released album, No Need to Fight About It.

No Need to Fight About It is absolutely amazing synth pop that is so ridiculously catchy it could be mistaken for botchulism. Taking the best bits of New Order, old Mount Sims, Fischerspooner, Blue Eyed Soul, and The Style Council, Ziggy Franklin and James Curd lay on the pop as thick as thieves and you can hear just how great they are at constructing unheard of hits throughout this album. Wow, this thing is good; there isn't one dull moment on this record. While not a four on the floor fist pumping dance party, this is a hook laden pop delight that undoubtedly likes to shake its groove thang all over a lit up dance floor.

With easy to latch onto hooks, a detached feel, and modernistic synths, Ziggy and James take control of the groove and run it up to eleven. No Need to Fight About It is an underground indie club dance floor delight that begs for repeated listens. It's cool, indifferent, and absolutely brilliant and there's no need to fight about that because it's so true it hurts.
