Love Like Fire's William

Formed in 2006, LoveLikeFire over their short career have released three EP's, Bed of Gold in 2006, An Ocean in the Air in 2007, and William this year. William is an ethereal, dramatic and dreamy little record. This is a record that, despite only being 17 minutes long, will take your breath away with tense and thrilling songs that want to follow you around and stalk you.

Not ones to stay in place for very long, LoveLikeFire throw everything the have in their arsenal at William. That being said, the four songs that make it up vary from being acoustic, dancey, and even loud and noisy. While that wouldn't work for most bands, it does for LoveLikeFire. Their hodge podge attitude of putting songs together works simply because the electrifying and melodramatic songs are so well crafted; see, "William," and "Signs," for a clear example of this.

LoveLikeFire are fantastic at what they do and their ability to create striking songs that ebb and flow is just about unmatched. I other words, Williamis an impressive EP that will have you wondering why these guys keep releasing EP's instead of albums! Hurry up guys...we're dying over here.
