Kid Sister over the course of her short career has become a force to reckon with. She constantly releases essential track after track and her latest single, Get Fresh is no different. This six track package is packed with retro-futurism electro influenced hip hop that will blow your speakers and your mind. Sounding like Missy Elliott lost in an 808 wonderland, Get Fresh is a dance floor mover that has a gargantuan beat leading to a hook that's big enough to reel in a great white shark.
Seriously catchy and with production that might very well make Timbaland blush, this tune is destined for classic status. Throw in a wobbly rave-tastic Alex Gopher remix and a couple of breaks influenced reworks from Zombie Nation that are absolutely amazing and you have a single that's more solid that titanium. Soundtrack to the spring/summer? You bet.
That being said after listening to this single about 1000 times, like I've done, you'll be left wondering what everyone else in the world is wondering...when in the world is her debut album going to be released? Until that day comes, her singles will be on repeat.
