Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrack
You truly haven't lived until you hear Lemmy Kilmeister of Motorhead sing, "Stand By Me." Now thanks to the Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrackyou can! As terrifying as an idea as that might be, it's actually quite amusing in a good way and that's just the second song on the latest Volcom Records album. The record, which is a soundtrack for skateboarding hijinx video by the fine folks at Flip Skateboards comes off like a long lost big beat record from 1997.
Packed with dirty beats, gritty guitars, Dave Lombardo from Slayer, Lemmy, Warren G, and Snoop Dogg, Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrack is absolute hell on wheels...even if the wheels are only like 1.5" high. This record is so action packed that you don't even need the actual video to imagine what's going on in it. It's crazy music for crazy stunts and as a result you should probably wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads while listening. Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrack is all over the place and my guess is that a few of the skate stunts end like that too.
Musically, everything about Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrack hints at action and with that you can't go wrong. Not being a skater at all, I still found this record entertaining and having listened to it, I kind of want to put some sort of movie together that involves lots and lots of car chases. Skating or no skating, Flip Skateboards Extremely Sorry Soundtrackis a cool record and you do after all get to here Mr. Motorhead sing "Stand By Me," as only he could...that alone is worth the price of the record. Skate tough or go home...and listen to this record.
